Where we deliver

• Tiffin meals and fresh mushrooms: only within our serviceable Hyderabad pincodes. Check yours with the pincode checker on any product page.
• Packaged goods: shipped to any valid Indian pincode by courier.

Tiffin slots

Choose a date and lunch or dinner slot. Each slot shows its delivery window and order cut-off time in Indian Standard Time (IST). Orders close at the cut-off or when the slot sells out. Meals are delivered hot in sealed, food-safe containers during the chosen window.

Timelines

• Fresh mushrooms (Hyderabad): same or next day, packed cool.
• Packaged goods, Hyderabad: 1–2 days.
• Packaged goods, rest of India: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

You will get order updates by SMS/WhatsApp or email, and can track status on your order page.

Delivery fees

Local delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown at checkout before payment. Free delivery may apply above a minimum order value. See Pricing.

Failed delivery

Please be reachable on the phone number given. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, perishable items cannot be redelivered or refunded; packaged items may be reshipped at extra cost.

Partner platforms

Products bought through quick-commerce partners (such as Blinkit or Zepto) are delivered under that platform's own delivery terms.
