These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Sporeveda Urban Farm and SML Kitchens & Home Foods, brands of Jabbergurus Pvt Ltd, Plot 00, Sample Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500000. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate name, phone and delivery details. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Products & food information
Product photos are illustrative. Fresh mushrooms are natural produce and may vary in size and weight within stated limits. Shelf life, storage instructions, ingredients and FSSAI licence numbers are shown on each product page and pack. All SML Tiffin meals are 100% vegetarian. Please check ingredients for allergens.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is collected online through our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay) by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. See Pricing.
4. Stock, capacity & cut-offs
Products are subject to stock, and each tiffin slot has a limited number of portions and a cut-off time (Indian Standard Time). Orders cannot be placed once stock runs out, a slot is full, or the cut-off has passed. If we cannot fulfil a paid order we will refund it in full.
5. Delivery
Fresh items and meals are delivered only within our listed Hyderabad pincodes; packaged items ship across India. Please be available during your chosen slot. See Shipping & Delivery.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, or resell products without our written consent. We may cancel orders or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; see Contact.
